NO RETURNS ACCEPTED

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered. Please ensure that you have selected the correct product, size, and specifications before completing your purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us @ 9199 5401 immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

For products covered by a warranty, customers should refer to the warranty terms send to you in our sales receipt. We will assist with warranty claims where applicable.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet the above conditions.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
